I have been shopping at Healthy Hounds for many years. I am one of their original customers. Cameron and Lisa are so welcoming and I have spent time chatting with them on my visits. The store has a great selection of products for my kids. I always find what I am looking for and my kids enjoy the treats and bones I bring home. I don’t need to worry about the quality because they have the top foods and treats. Also they are helpful with suggests if I have an issue or concern. All my dogs get groomed there and of course I just love Tracy who has been my groomer since I have had dogs. It is home for myself and kids.

When our beloved Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed with incurable cancer in 2012, our vet told us about the benefits of raw food to help improve her last days. We were so happy to find an outlet for raw food at Healthy Hounds which is so close to our home in Homewood. Since then, we have brought two new Cocker Spaniels into our home and they have eaten raw food since their puppyhood. Our vet always raves about the good health of our “girls” including their ears. Cockers are known for ear infections, but our girls have the cleanest ears he’s ever seen. Cameron at Healthy Hounds is very knowledgeable about canine nutrition and able to direct us to the best brands. Additionally, their newly opened grooming salon does a fabulous job on our two best friends. You can’t go wrong with Healthy Hounds.
